Radar Engineers to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex sensor and radar orientated problems. We have offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, we provide responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Primary ResponsibilitiesCandidate will support advanced technology radar programs including development of radar signal processors, radar tracking algorithms, advanced sensors in EW environments; simulation of radar systems; field-testing of RF sensors and systems; in addition to the deployment of advanced sensor systems.
In this role you will work closely with other skilled engineers as they deep-dive into existing algorithms to find areas for improvement in both performance and processing latency. You will find newer algorithms available in literature to investigate and determine if they can provide improvements to the various radar programs.
Basic QualificationsThis posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be matched to a candidate's experience. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited school with a strong demonstration of the skills listed below will also be considered and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in radar algorithm development and/or radar analysis.
- Experience or willingness to lead a team of engineers in solving difficult radar algorithm problems, peer reviewing new algorithms developed internally or obtained from industry, overseeing tasking, and other team lead activities.
Must have excellent teamwork skills and possess and show good fundamentals in the following:
- Digital signal processing
- Tracker algorithms
- MATLAB
- Radar Simulation and Modeling
Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL, area
Must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with radar simulation along with a strong background in statistics and probability.
Candidate with additional skills in the following is desired:
- Electromagnetics
- Modern C++ development
- Familiarity with Linux

Pay Range:Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
