ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring a Radar Network Integration Manager for an onsite position in Suffolk, Virginia.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to radar data integration and IT network implementation/maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Lead the coordination of technical teams, including engineers, analysts, and IT specialists.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and report to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
- Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and challenges.
- Document and report on project outcomes and lessons learned.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
QualificationsWhat you'll need:
- Clearance: DoD Secret (active).
- Security +CE or CASP certification or Security X.
- 10 years of experience, may have management expereince.
- Proven track record in leading successful projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Desired experience:
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation related to radar systems (ASTERIX, SGF, ECGP, ADS-B, etc.).
- Experience with Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments.
- Strong understanding of radar data integration and IT network infrastructure.
- BS/BA in Computer Science
- Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP/Security)
- Strong understanding of radar data integration and IT network infrastructure.
- Previous USAFCENT Area of Responsibility (AOR) experience.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation related to radar systems (ASTERIX, SGF, ECGP, ADS-B, etc.).
- Strong background in cybersecurity and data protection.
- PMP Certification
Target Salary Range$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
