Must-Have:
Experience in transthoracic echocardiography following ASE guidelines.
Ability to perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms, myocardial strain studies, saline bubble studies, and contrast imaging.
Familiarity with EMR (EPIC) and PACS (IBM Merge).

Description:
This position involves performing echocardiography studies.
The technician will be responsible for imaging, including complete transthoracic echocardiograms, myocardial strain studies, saline bubble studies, and contrast imaging.
Assistance with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) may be required.
The department includes five echo rooms, with the possibility of floating between a hospital and a clinic within walking distance.
The average number of studies performed per day is eight.
There is no call or standby requirement, but there may be holiday coverage.
Scrub colors are flexible, and any color is acceptable.
Orientation includes competencies for each job code.
