Dans un environnement complexe et orienté projets, le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de l'exécution de la supply chain projet en Amerique du Nord ainsi que de la performance du réseau de fournisseurs basés dans la région et soutenant les projets régionaux et globaux. Le rôle encadre une équipe multifonctionnelle de plus de 50 professionnel• le• s couvrant la gestion des commodités, les achats, la qualité fournisseurs, les approvisionnements services et la gestion supply chain projet, avec une coordination fonctionnelle avec la gestion des matériaux et le transport & logistique.

The Regional Sourcing Leader - North America plays a critical leadership role in this mission by building and leading a strong, resilient, and competitive supply chain for Hydro projects and services. Operating in a complex, project-based business environment, this leader is accountable for project supply chain execution across US and Canada and for the performance of the North American-based supplier network supporting both regional and global projects. This role leads a multifunctional team of 50+ professionals across commodity management, procurement, supplier quality, service fulfilment buyers, and project supply chain management, with dotted-line coordination across materials management and transport & logistics. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, a deep project execution mindset, and close collaboration across functions, regions, and the broader value chain.

Responsabilités principales

Diriger, développer et inspirer une équipe régionale diversifiée et multifonctionnelle couvrant les achats, l'approvisionnement, la gestion des matériaux, la qualité fournisseurs, la logistique et la supply chain projet.

Promouvoir une culture de sécurité, d'intégrité, d'inclusion, de responsabilité et d'amélioration continue, tout en garantissant la conformité totale aux politiques GE Vernova, aux standards d'intégrité fournisseurs, aux exigences de conformité commerciale, aux normes qualité et aux réglementations applicables.

Définir et exécuter les stratégies achats et fournisseurs régionales, alignées sur les priorités business, la demande projet et les stratégies globales par commodité, afin de soutenir la compétitivité et l'excellence d'exécution en phases ITO et OTR.

Assumer la performance supply chain projet pour la région Amerique du Nord sur les volets Sécurité, Qualité, Délais et Coûts dans un environnement projet complexe et fortement ingénieré.

Piloter la performance des fournisseurs regionaux soutenant les projets Hydro à l'échelle mondiale, incluant la planification capacitaire, la priorisation des livraisons, la gestion des risques et les plans de rattrapage.

Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques liés aux achats et aux fournisseurs : capacité, santé financière, exposition géopolitique, logistique, qualité, dépendances mono-source.

Générer de la productivité coûts via la négociation commerciale, la value engineering, les analyses should-cost et l'amélioration des processus.

Collaborer avec les équipes ingénierie, fabrication, construction & mise en service pour optimiser les choix make/buy et les initiatives design-to-cost.

Suivre et piloter la productivité achats, la gestion de l'inflation et l'amélioration du besoin en fonds de roulement via des conditions de paiement efficaces et une collaboration renforcée avec les fournisseurs.

Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes gestion de projet, ingénierie, fabrication, construction & mise en service, qualité, finance et commercial pour tenir les engagements clients et business.

Servir d'interface achats clé pour la region auprès des équipes business, projet et leadership fonctionnel.

Qualifications requises

Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, supply chain, commerce, opérations ou domaine connexe.

Expérience significative en supply chain, achats, procurement, gestion fournisseurs ou exécution projet dans un environnement industriel ou orienté projets.

Expérience avérée dans la direction de grandes équipes multifonctionnelles en organisation matricielle.

Solide expérience en gestion de performance fournisseurs, négociation commerciale et exécution opérationnelle.

Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Intégrité élevée, forte orientation conformité et sens du client.

Qualifications souhaitées

Expérience dans l'hydroélectricité, l'énergie, les renouvelables, l'EPC ou les projets industriels lourds.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, multifunctional regional team across sourcing, procurement, materials management, supplier quality, logistics and project supply chain management.

Foster a culture of safety, integrity, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement, while ensuring full compliance with GE Vernova policies, supplier integrity standards, trade compliance requirements, quality standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Define and execute regional sourcing and supplier strategies aligned with business priorities, project demand, and global commodity strategies to support competitiveness and execution excellence both in Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) phases.

Own project supply chain performance for the North America region across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost within a complex, highly engineered project environment.

Lead supplier performance across the regional supply base supporting Hydro projects globally, including capacity planning, delivery prioritization, risk management, and recovery actions; strengthen supplier quality, delivery, competitiveness, and resilience through robust performance management and supplier development.

Identify, assess, and mitigate sourcing and supplier risks related to capacity, financial health, geopolitical exposure, logistics, quality, and single-source dependencies.

Deliver cost productivity through commercial negotiation, value engineering, should-cost analysis and process improvement. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, construction & commissioning teams to drive design-to-cost and make/buy optimization opportunities.

Track and drive sourcing productivity, inflation management, and working capital improvement through effective payment terms and supplier collaboration.

Partner cross-functionally with project management, engineering, manufacturing, construction & Commissioning, quality, finance, and commercial teams to meet customer and business commitments.

Serve as the key sourcing interface for the region across business, project, and functional leadership teams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and effective decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Significant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or project execution in an industrial or project-based environment.

Proven experience leading large, multifunctional teams in a matrix organization.

Strong track record in supplier performance management, commercial negotiation, and operational execution.

Fluency in English and French.

High level of integrity, strong compliance mindset, and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications
