R&D Project Manager in
Peachtree City or
Atlanta, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
- Guide the development and implementation of lighting fixtures and connected lighting projects (mechanical, electrical, software, testing, regulatory) that enable the world of IoT.
- Work with a cross functional team to manage projects from concept to commercial implementation.
- Coordinate closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to document project scope and objectives and with core teams to maintain a project plan aligned with the stage gate product development process.
- Integrate business, marketing and technology elements to create a cohesive project vision and team charter.
- Manage project and product definition activities related to marketing and/or technical requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in project or engineering management with knowledge of new mechanical/electrical product development and market introductions
- Proficient with project management tools (i.e., MS Project)
- Proven track record of managing new product development through a stage gate process is highly preferred
- Influential leader with excellent communication, organizational and people skills and successful working across functional groups

Salary: $101,580 - 148,973 based on experience
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
