- Contribute to all phased of hardware development from architecture through to production release
- Lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new products
- Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
- Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
- Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
- Drive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.
Qualifications- BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
- Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
- Experience in leading and managing projects from cradle to grave, scoping, risk mitigation, and resource conflict management preferred.
- Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
- Exposure to EMC, Safety and general compliance requirements preferred.
- Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
- Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
The level of role and salary will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California Pay Range: MIN $163,950 - MAX $273,250
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
