Qualifications

• 5+ years of R&D experience with advanced degree or 7+ years with a bachelor's degree
• Expertise in Process Development, DOE, and Process Validation
• Proficient in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Preferred experience in the medical device or regulated industry

• Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and validation studies
