Qualifications

• Advanced degree in relevant fields such as Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 5+ years of R&D experience with an Advanced Degree or 7+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Proficiency in Process Development, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Process Validation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills essential for project success.
• Experience in the medical device industry or similar regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and validation of processes for medical device research and development.
• Design and conduct experimental studies including DOE, TMV, and IQ/OQ/PQ evaluations.
• Utilize statistical methods and advanced problem-solving techniques to enhance processes and products.
• Mentor team members while leading complex R&D projects across functional teams.
• Support the entire product development cycle from research to implementation.
