The
Quotations Quality Continuous Improvement Leader partners with the Quotations Quality Leader to design, implement, and continuously improve the Quotations Quality System of Management. This role establishes the governance, metrics, processes, routines, and improvement frameworks needed to transition quality management from reactive issue resolution to a proactive, scalable, and data-driven model.
The role also collaborates across Sales, Engineering, Tender Management, Project Management, Offer Management, and other stakeholders to improve end-to-end quality and operational effectiveness. Initially, the position will serve as the Quality Business Partner (QBP) for the Technical Assistance Group (TAG) while leading broader quality transformation initiatives.
What will you do?- Design and deploy the Quotations Quality System of Management, including governance, KPIs, routines, escalation paths, and standard work.
- Lead quality transformation programs and cross-functional improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods to address recurring quality challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Tender Management, Project Management, Offer Management, and other stakeholders to improve end-to-end quality and accountability.
- Serve as the Quality Business Partner for TAG, supporting quality priorities while incorporating insights into broader transformation efforts.
- Develop and maintain a quality maturity roadmap, identifying gaps and prioritizing improvements across processes, tools, data, governance, and capabilities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or Suppy Chain
- 5+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or business transformations.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement expertise.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design operating models, governance structures, and management systems.
- Excellent executive communication and influence skills.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity, change, and organizational transformation.
- Ability to connect data, processes, people, and business outcomes to drive sustainable improvements.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
