Quick National Air Logistics Healthcare Warehouse Manager
The Quick National Air Logistics Healthcare Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading national healthcare warehouse operations and strategy in support of the Air Logistics Healthcare product. This role oversees cold chain warehousing, healthcare compliance, operational excellence, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and the successful execution of healthcare and life sciences logistics solutions across the network.
How you create impact
• Develop and execute the national healthcare warehouse strategy to support business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the healthcare and life sciences warehousing subject matter expert, providing guidance on industry best practices, cold chain requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Customer Care, and Sales teams to deliver customized healthcare logistics solutions.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, preparation, conditioning, and dispatch of healthcare and life sciences shipments.
• Manage temperature-controlled operations, including refrigerators, freezers, dry ice, liquid nitrogen packaging solutions, temperature loggers, and GPS tracking devices.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of packaging materials, warehouse supplies, and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain compliance with GDP standards, customer SOPs, quality requirements, IATA regulations, and all applicable healthcare logistics standards.
• Support audits, inspections, quality reviews, and corrective action initiatives to ensure operational compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical trial, medical device, and healthcare customers.
• Manage escalations involving critical, high-profile, time-sensitive, and temperature-sensitive shipments.
• Identify new business opportunities and support commercial initiatives within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Analyze operational performance, customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, develop, and support warehouse personnel while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and excellence.
• Manage workforce planning, employee training, scheduling, attendance, performance management, and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational standards.
• Maintain operational dashboards, KPI reporting, productivity metrics, and departmental performance reports.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding operational performance, customer impacts, compliance matters, and ongoing business initiatives.
• Monitor critical shipment milestones and ensure proactive communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies across the healthcare warehouse network.
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained, operational, secure, and audit-ready at all times.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare logistics, air freight forwarding, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Previous warehouse leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare logistics and cold chain operations.
• Experience handling pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical trial, or regulated healthcare shipments.
• Understanding of air freight, import/export, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• IATA Dangerous Goods Certification.
• GDP certification or healthcare logistics training.
• Experience with temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
• Knowledge of dry ice, liquid nitrogen, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Experience supporting clinical trial logistics.
• Additional language skills.
• Background within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
