- Strong reading/interpretation skills for technical, financial, and regulatory documents
- Solid math skills (percentages, commissions, basic algebra/geometry)
- Sound judgment and problem-solving across varied situations
- Manufacturer training and a valid driver's license

Rewards That Roll

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options; Competitive Salary ($6,000 - $8,000 per month Commission); Paid Time Off; and Employee Discounts.
Full-Throttle Days

Your morning kicks off with a quick scan of the prior day's numbers-hours sold, productivity, and open tickets-then a rapid huddle to set the pace. The day stays dynamic: checking in on workflow, jumping in when a customer needs an on-the-spot answer, and keeping a close eye on estimates, follow-ups, and documentation as the shop hums. Between coordinating with parts on ETA updates and connecting with warranty for smooth processing, you'll keep momentum high. You'll carve out time for coaching moments, spot-checking finished work, and keeping the waiting area sharp-then wrap with a final look at results and tomorrow's game plan.
