Quantum Go-To-Market Specialist

What You'll Work On:- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide direct quantum support in a laboratory or agile software development environment.
- Apply your expertise in software engineering for problem-solving, design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge quantum systems.
- Identify and grow technical collaborations that form the foundation of engineering advancements.
- Identify new growth areas for our quantum and artificial intelligence businesses and establish go-to-market strategies.
You Have:- Experience in laboratory or agile software development environments
- Experience in data science, data engineering, or artificial intelligence
- Experience managing multi-organization collaborations
- Experience with languages such as Python, C, C++, or Rust
- Experience leading and managing teams of scientists, engineers, or developers
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in data analytics, computer science, software development, quantum technology, product management, or technology entrepreneurship, OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in data analytics, computer science, software development, quantum technology, product management, or technology entrepreneurship
Nice If You Have:- Experience establishing multi-organization collaborations
- Experience with vendor vetting and relationship management
- Experience in quantum materials, qubit control, or related quantum information science
- Possession of excellent collaboration skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Doctorate degree in Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
