- Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders on the Central Research Team to support the management of our Research Suite of products.
- Data Strategy: Design, maintain, and enhance scalable data pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure that support both research and production workflows, ensuring reliable access to high-quality financial data and analytics.
- Risk & Factor Analysis: Proactively decompose portfolio performance and positioning into factor exposures to assist in risk management and portfolio construction.
- Model Development: Design, evaluate, and implement alpha models to assist in our stock selection process and refine our portfolio construction methodologies.
- Operational Execution: Support recurring analyses, documentation, quality-control processes and project coordination while helping to reduce operational friction.

Must have skills
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build credibility, influence outcomes, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional environment.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced programming and data engineering capabilities, with demonstrated experience architecting scalable cloud-based research platforms, data pipelines, and analytical solutions that support both exploratory research and production investment processes.
- Financial Data: Experience working with institutional investment data platforms and point-in-time financial datasets, including Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ/Compustat, or comparable research and market data sources.
- Investment Acumen: Demonstrated interest in fundamental investing, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and the application of data-driven insights to investment decision-making.
Nice to have skills
- Education: Advanced degree in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- Certifications: CFA Charterholder, CFA candidate, or demonstrated interest in fundamental security analysis preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional qualitative skills. Ability to explain complex statistical concepts to fundamental investors and a desire for continued partnership to investigate business drivers

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 15, 2026
