Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Quality Test Engineer with expertise in MS Dynamics CRM and a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
The role involves requirement gathering, test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthplan systems and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Gather requirements and create user stories based on business needs.
- Develop test plans and test cases for feature stories.
- Prepare test data to support test case execution.
- Execute functional testing based on defined acceptance criteria.
- Log defects in the defect management system and participate in defect review meetings with the Scrum Master and Product Manager.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues identified during testing.
- Provide QA support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to provide status updates and discuss new work packets.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 8+ years of QA experience, preferably in Healthplan systems and MS Dynamics CRM.
- 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in agile environments.
Education: Bachelors Degree
