Full Job Description
Quality Systems Manager

We're looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) across industrial construction and manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leadership, engineering, construction, and field teams to strengthen quality, compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, implement, and continuously improve the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Own document control for SOPs, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues and nonconformances
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve processes
  • Develop and track quality metrics and use data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple locations and operations
  • Provide training and coaching to reinforce quality standards and accountability
  • Work with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, specialty contracting, or a similar project-based environment
  • Proven experience implementing and managing a QMS
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, document control, and process improvement
  • Experience developing SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and controlled documentation
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
