Full Job Description
Position Summary:

Momentous is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to help build, implement, and continuously improve a scalable Quality Management System for a fast-growing dietary supplement company. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, translating requirements into practical workflows, and partnering across the business to make quality part of everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own core QMS processes, including complaints and investigations, CAPA, risk management, document control, training, supplier oversight, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and improve practical SOPs, workflows, forms, and tools as the organization grows.
  • Support qualification, performance monitoring, quality agreements, audits, and escalation for contract manufacturers, laboratories, suppliers, packaging partners, and distribution providers.
  • Lead or support complaint investigations, deviations, OOS/OOT events, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks.
  • Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Regulatory, Operations, and external partners to clarify roles and improve information flow.
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards, identify trends and risks, and support management review and inspection readiness.
  • Help implement and optimize eQMS, workflow automation, and data tools.
