Full Job Description
Quality Systems Manager
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with industry standards of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Administer electronic QMS platforms, overseeing user management, document control, and system configuration.
  • Maintain Quality Manuals, Site Master Files, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and execute internal and external audit programs to assess compliance with regulatory expectations and customer requirements.
  • Host external regulatory inspections and customer audits, addressing and resolving non-conformances.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies across all departments.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to identify process and system failures.
  • Leverage quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, scrap levels, audit findings) to monitor systemic risks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee quality assurance personnel, inspection reports, produce quality alerts, and communicate with production management.
  • Preferences:
    • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on quality systems
    • ASQ Certified Quality Manager, ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
    • Proficiency with eQMS software (QT9), root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), and data analytics.
