Your role at a glance
NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Quality Standards Specialist to manage and continuously improve the Quality Standards Framework and Internal Audit Framework within our Integrated Management System (IMS). The role is responsible for maintaining IMS documentation, planning and conducting internal audits, while supporting audit readiness for external certification audits, and alignment with evolving certification and applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings 7-12 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, strong documentation and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

"This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $102,000.00 - $128,000.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.
