Experience & Background- Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operations, or related discipline.

- Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processes.
- Experience conducting investigations related to quality incidents, customer complaints, non-conformances, safety incidents, and near misses.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success building and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
