La raison d’être de ce rôle est de travailler avec le groupe Qualité du Centre de Fabrication Longueuil pour améliorer la signature et la performance de la qualité globale des produits concernés en réduisant le nombre d’échappés et de non-conformités grâce au déploiement de multiples initiatives.

En tant qu’expert reconnu dans son domaine, le titulaire du poste fournit une orientation stratégique essentielle pour les membres de l’équipe, les projets et les programmes liés à son champ d’expertise. Il joue un rôle clé dans l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise en livrant des résultats concrets et mesurables.

Grâce à sa vision globale et à sa connaissance approfondie, il offre des conseils éclairés et une expertise multidisciplinaire à différents membres de l’équipe, contribuant ainsi à la prise de décisions éclairées et à l’optimisation des processus. Sa contribution stratégique et technique en fait une référence incontournable au sein de l’organisation.

Le poste s’effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Diriger une équipe d'ingénieurs ou de spécialistes en gestion de la qualité de fournisseurs.
  • Agir en fournissant des directives et en gérant les priorités.
  • Réviser, analyser et identifier les problèmes du groupe affectant la qualité et le flux des produits;
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives avec les fournisseurs et des améliorations dans des délais optimaux;
  • Synthétiser les données pour cibler les causes systémiques des échappés produits et interventions clients;
  • Mobiliser les clients internes et les fournisseurs pour définir et déployer des stratégies correctives durables;
  • Superviser et standardiser les cliniques qualité pour avoir un impact positif dans la signature qualité globale;
  • Organiser et animer des analyses de processus;
  • Favoriser la maturité des processus pour garantir leur stabilité et répétabilité;
  • Assurer la coordination avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes pour un soutien optimal.

Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir ?

  • Diplôme technique avec expérience minimale de 15 ans ou Baccalauréat en fabrication, ingénierie, aérospatiale, qualité et expérience minimale de 10 ans.
  • Connaissances des systèmes informatiques tels que SAP, Power BI (atout)
  • Connaissance de Catia (atout)
  • Expérience avec les standards ASQR et techniques PPAP (atout)
  • Connaissances approfondies des principes Six Sigma ou autres principes d’amélioration continue (atout)

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What will your day-to-day look like?

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
