Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Quality Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based clinical quality management programs. Your role is pivotal in achieving measurable improvements in patient perception, safety, resource utilization, and desired clinical outcomes.
Every day, you will focus on all aspects of quality process improvement, collaborating with physicians, management, and clinical service lines on performance improvement projects. You will monitor quality indicators to identify weaknesses, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams, providing expertise in applying quality improvement methodologies, data analysis, risk assessment, outcomes measurement, best practices research, and documenting/evaluating process improvements, all while adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Your ability to collaborate, implement strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and safety will be essential.
- Oversees the implementation and assessment of quality projects (e.g., Leapfrog) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant execution with organizational standards and regulations.
- Designs, organizes, and refines quality plans, methodologies, and data management systems to improve clinical outcomes, achieve organizational goals, and ensure consistent practices.
- Researches, monitors, and evaluates data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, then communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Advocates for quality and process improvement, implements approved changes, provides training, and actively participates in initiatives to meet regulatory standards and enhance organizational performance.
- Leads or participates in teams focused on solving quality-related challenges, developing solutions, and ensuring effective implementation of new programs and regulatory requirements.
- Serves as the primary quality contact for audits and site visits, staying informed on evolving regulations and adapting processes to maintain compliance.
Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
Core Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements
Required
- Oregon RN License
- Bachelors in healthcare administration, nursing, or other related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge.
Preferred
- Masters in healthcare or other related fields
- Within the last five years, a minimum of three years in a lead or management role is strongly preferred and will be given preference over other applicants.
