Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs./week (Hybrid work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do:

Responsible for overall project management of THPG quality strategic initiatives. Execute deployment strategies to obtain identified value realization and alignment with channel and system wide strategies.
. Presents a comprehensive view of the organizations quality outcomes profile, process and outcome trends, and effectiveness of design strategies and works directly with entity quality directors to improve outcomes.
. Is able to view quality from a strategic and data driven view encompassing all potential touch points and stakeholders within and external to THPG.
. Performs in depth analysis of THPG quality related programs and initiatives to include budget creation and ROI for each program. Provide oversight of operational execution to enhance profitability and efficiency of the quality related initiatives for THPG
. Monitors budget, timeline and scope adherence of major initiatives and escalate any variances to leadership.
. Uses a data driven approach along with input from key stakeholders to determine measures of project goals and success.
. Identifies/develops tools and analytics for ongoing measurement and rapid cycle change as well as a sustainability plan.
. Responsible for project management duties, which require thorough understanding of, and adherence to principles of project management; may perform project tasks as required by the project plan. Identify & manage project dependencies & critical paths.
. Sets and continually manages expectations with team members and other stakeholders; delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team in collaboration with manager
. Assists in development, maintenance, and archival of documentation of all initiatives from start through continued improvement and maintenance as each quality initiative grows and is enhanced.
. Responsible for development and documenting of project risks, issues, assumptions, and scope. Identifies and proposes project resourcing and keeps stakeholders updated with status reports
. Designs approach, planning, and identifying sequencing resources, training education and consistent communications throughout the organization.
. Develops project plans encompassing both operational, business intelligence and IT related tasks.
. Conducts post project reviews and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
. Assists the CMO, Senior Director of Quality Outcomes and other leaders in understanding, researching, and incorporating background knowledge for ongoing THPG quality initiatives and strategies.
. Assists the operational leaders to continuously improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the internal operations in the system level quality department, as well as it relates to external stakeholders.
. Helps with creation of documentation and presentation material for committee or board level presentations.
. Assists with identification, creation, and submission of conference abstracts, academic publications, and presentations.

What You Need:

Education
Bachelor's Degree Project Manager and/or health related field Req And
Master's Degree MHA or MBA Pref

Experience
3 Years Healthcare quality improvement with proven experience leading inter-professional teams and complex organizations to successful outcomes. Req and
2 Years Progressive experience in healthcare leadership Req and
1 Year Experience in an Integrated Health System Pref and
Experience with implementing quality improvement programs that are proactive, progressive and have shown validated successful outcomes and value creation. Req and
Understanding and experience with operational, IT and data analytics based performance improvement projects. Pref

Licenses and Certifications
LSSMBB - Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Upon Hire Pref

Skills
Ability to Analyze data/ effectively, design dashboards, and present meaningful information to successfully formulate strategies to rapidly improve performance.
