Department: Quality Resource Management #8751POSITION SUMMARY:The Quality Nurse Specialist is responsible for coordinating quality improvement strategies, reporting, statistical analysis, training and documentation across the organization to actively promote continuous improvement with a focus on measureable quality measures against top quartile performance. This position is also responsible to administer the process for assessing, identifying, monitoring and reducing pertinent risks that could interfere with the hospitals regulatory compliance, accreditation or general liability exposure.
- Registered Nurse by the State of California
- Five (5) years in acute care nursing
- Joint Commission & Regulatory standards
