Quality Multi-Family Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Manages Union employees performing quality inspection and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle
- Collaborates closely with manufacturing, test, and engineering to implement corrective actions and sustainable process improvements.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
- Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Candidates must have at least one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
- More than 3 years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- More than 3 years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci)
- Experience developing or working with compliance processes and/or controls
- Experience working with bargaining unit/hourly union employees
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- More than 1 year of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
- More than 1 year of experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
