The expected salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000 depending upon experience

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager to join our Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) project in Honolulu, HI

DESCRIPTION:

As the Quality Manger for HART at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to the Project Principal you will be responsible for the overall design, construction, and life cycle quality of the Project, implementing quality planning and training, and managing the team's quality management processes.
  • Report directly to the Project Principal and under a line of authority independent of the PM
  • Interface and coordinate with HART and provide independent QA/QC services
  • Be collocated within the Project Office when provided and then the Field Office throughout the remainder of the Term and be assigned to the Project full time throughout the Term
  • Be available by phone and be on-site to perform their responsibilities throughout the Term
  • Not having any other roles, duties, or responsibilities on the Project or any other projects.
  • Works independent of the design and construction production teams and must have the authority to stop Work.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • 15 or more years' experience on complex infrastructure projects
  • 10 or more years coordinating and managing quality programs, including preparation and implementation of quality assurance plans, compliance with permits, and procedures for design and construction
  • 5 or more years of design-build quality management of projects with similar scope and complexity as this Project
