Full Job Description
Job Purpose:

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

Responsible for overall development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the organization's quality inspection control process.

Maintain company quality standards, coordinate the activities required to meet them, and ensure continual quality improvement.

Monitor and advise on quality performance, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and oversee action plan to ensure that the organization's QMS conforms to customer, internal, ISO and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Ensure company's processes and services are compliant with quality standards.
  • Devise and improve quality procedures liaising with other managers and staff throughout the organization, looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, and control the conformity of their application.
  • Raise awareness to top management, management and staff on quality standards, methodologies and tools.
  • Advise and bring a technical support to the different services and customers.
  • Coaches his or her subordinates to maintain a continuous quality improvement environment.
  • Animate workshops and provide training when appropriate to achieve set quality standards.
  • Analyze non-conformities, evaluate non-conformities cost for the company, advise on corrective actions and control their implementation.
  • Monitor quality performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
  • Maintain quality documentation and keep updated on quality standards and legislation
  • Conduct periodic management review meetings.
  • Take the lead on projects as appropriate.
  • Ensure all incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods conform to Hyve standards, customer requirements, and regulatory specifications through effective inspection. Quality control processes and containment. His or her main role is:
    • Inspection Operations.
    • Quality Control Team Leadership.
    • Incoming Material Quality.
    • Final Product Release.
    • Quality Data Analysis (EPR - Error Per Rack, IQC failure rate for instance)


Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • B.A. degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of relative experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality, regulatory/legal requirements and control procedures.
  • Quality Management System.
