Qualifications

  • 10 years of construction experience with a focus on Quality Control
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or 15 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Superintendent on assigned projects
  • Develop plans for project quality control functions
  • Direct and supervise quality control activities in line with the Company or project Quality Program
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory quality assurance/quality control requirements
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to address quality-related issues
  • Maintain documentation related to quality control processes.

Job Overview

The Quality Manager assists and supports Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Superintendent on assigned projects.  He/she develops plans, directs, and supervises project quality control functions and activities in conformance with the Company or project required Quality Program.

 

Quality Manager Required Qualifications:

      • Working knowledge of regulatory agency QA/QC requirements
      • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) experience 
      • 10 years of construction experience, with Quality Control Background
      • PE is Required or 15 years experience
      • Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.
