BS in Scientific Discipline; Engineering or Chemistry Preferred
5+ years of experience in quality and/or engineering within global manufacturing
5+ years of management experience
Strong communication skills
Experience with quality improvement tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma
Responsibilities
Establish and communicate a strategic quality vision aligning the organization
Direct the plant's Quality Assurance and Food Safety systems
Identify corrective actions through root-cause analysis
Manage customer quality communications and supplier quality
Develop and document standard operating procedures
Implement metrics for monitoring quality systems
Direct start-up of audits and food safety programs
