Quality Manager - Product & Services
Position Responsibilities:- Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, government agencies, and direct reports
- Manages employees who are union and non-union representative
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
- More than 5 years of aerospace manufacturing
- More than 3 years of experience leading and influencing people in a Quality organization
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Active U.S Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Shift: This position is for 2nd shift, however, must have the ability to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Travel:Up to 10% of the time

Summary pay range: USD $119,850 - $162,150
