Description

This leadership role is responsible for driving quality excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving production processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Position Summary

The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the facility, including process standardization, audits, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and cross-functional quality initiatives. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to ensure product integrity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the facility's Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Oversee internal audits, external audits, and compliance requirements
