  • Manage warranty processes including tracking failed parts, RMAs, and free-of-charge replacements.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Service teams for rapid issue resolution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report Cost of Quality and warranty trends providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Support new product development with Quality by Design principles and predictive reliability engineering.
  • Own and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal audits.

Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and impactful Quality Manager to lead and elevate the quality standards across our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) worldwide. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in customer experience, reducing warranty rates and costs, and optimizing the overall cost of quality. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading resolution of global quality issues and act as the primary interface for customer quality concerns.
  • Managing warranty processes including tracking failed parts, RMAs, and free-of-charge replacements.
  • Collaborating with Technical Support and Service teams for rapid issue resolution.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting Cost of Quality and warranty trends, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Leading root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Supporting new product development with Quality by Design principles and predictive reliability engineering.
  • Owning and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal audits.
  • Partnering with suppliers to enhance incoming product quality and reliability.
  • Fostering a Zero-Defect quality culture with ongoing training and awareness initiatives.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing quality role.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Quality Management, ERP/CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 or 14001 standards, audits, and internal audit techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, etc.)
  • Experience supporting NPDI, reliability engineering, and quality in product development.
  • Experience applying Lean principles to office and operational environments.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
