Job OverviewThe Quality Manager leads the plant's quality function, ensuring products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. This role owns the quality management system, drives continuous improvement, resolves quality issues at the root cause, and partners across functions to improve performance and align quality priorities with plant and enterprise objectives.

Highlights of your role- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Master's degree and operations experience preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive quality leadership in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO, TS, IATF, or Baldrige standards.
- Experience with root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Proven ability to lead audits and corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement capability using Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE.
- Strong initiative and self-direction.
- Organizational skills and experience managing budgets.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- High professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
