In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience• Collaborating with Business Product Owners and Technical Leads for Requirement gathering and issue remediation and feedback.
• Work Execution / Delivery- Experience delivering complex initiatives as a Quality Analyst with US/London Market expertise across underwriting, claims, and operations. Skilled in navigating insurance systems, legacy bureau processes, and modern digital tools while collaborating effectively across global teams in matrix environments.
• Quality Assurance / Reviews-Document and validate functional requirements. Define acceptance criteria and lead UAT planning, coverage, and sign-off for complex increments. Review technical designs for alignment with business objectives and maintain accurate as-is/to-be process documentation to confirm measurable optimization. Ensure peer-reviewed data modeling outputs are clearly communicated for decision-making. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, validate scope, and institutionalize quality gates, traceability, and benefits realization reviews.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Agile practitioner (SAFe desirable), adept at PI planning and increment-based delivery. Expert in writing user stories, non-functional requirements, and mapping complex processes into actionable change. Leads multi-team delivery, manages dependencies and risks, and drives stakeholder outcomes through KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of the London Insurance Market, including syndicates, coverholders, brokers, and Xchanging bureau.
• Assist with UAT strategy, coverage, and sign-off; support go-live activities and adoption plans.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
