Quality Manager
What You'll Do
You'll lead Grace Technologies' Quality Management System (QMS) while partnering across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure our products and processes consistently meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading and improving our ISO 9001-certified quality system
• Managing internal and external audits
• Driving CAPA, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting supplier quality, validations, inspections, and process controls
• Maintaining documentation, calibration, traceability, and compliance systems
• Helping ensure compliance with critical certifications and standards including:
o ISO 9001
o SIL
o UL
o IECEx / ATEX
o NFPA
o Dangerous Goods requirements
You'll also help strengthen quality culture across the organization through collaboration, training, and process standardization.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Technology, or related STEM field
• Preference for 5 years' experience leading or supporting quality systems in a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and audit readiness
• Experience with certifications and compliance environments such as UL, SIL, IECEx, ATEX, CE, or NFPA
• Background in CAPA, validations, supplier quality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across teams
• Experience in industrial, electrical, or engineered product manufacturing is highly valued.
