Role Scope- Own quality at the factory: the QMS, the inspection plan, and the number that matters, first-pass yield.
- Build the quality system from launch: control plans, inspection points, and NCR flow that closes at root cause.
- Lead the inspectors and grow quality thinking into the production crews themselves.
- Hold the gate on shipment: what leaves the factory meets spec, on your signature.

- You've led quality in fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
- You've stood up or overhauled a QMS that passed external scrutiny.
- You drive root cause with 8D or equivalent, and your corrective actions stick.
- You've held the line on a shipment call under schedule pressure.
- You put quality at the source with training and error-proofing.
- Bonus: ISO 9001 implementation. Weld quality and CWI interface. Supplier quality. Measurement systems analysis.
