Full Job Description
CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a Quality Manager to support our Quality team in cross-functional operational activities. The role is responsible for directing and coordinating Quality Control activities, such as Inspection of purchased parts and materials, Inspection of manufactured components and assemblies, and Monitoring of supplier processes and products. The successful candidate will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and be able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives.

What You'll Do (Key responsibilities, not limited to)
  • Ensure all employees perform in a safe manner; Managing the product validation and certification process
  • Reviewing all critical issues from prior shift
  • Conducting station walk-backs, and communicating to production
  • Verifying Error & Mistake Proofing (EMP) countermeasures are functioning
  • Analyzing quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure calibration
  • Assisting production with problem solving and developing standardized work for production operators
  • Ensuring that product receives the appropriate evaluations and that defects are routed correctly
  • Developing and monitoring internal quality metrics
  • Communicating performance and corrective actions to appropriate team members
  • Planning, prioritizing, setting goals and managing multiple projects in a technical and business environment
  • Leverage on one's strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
  • Establishing partnerships both internally and externally and to influence without direct authority
  • Representing the "Voice of the Customer" to the platform teams
  • Contributing or driving team success by clarifying expectation and minimizing political hurdles
  • Demonstrating unwavering commitment to delivering results and champion achievements
  • Leading Kaizen improvement activities.
  • Developing QE problem solving abilities.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor degree or higher required in a related field or equivalent senior level experience
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory production experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with the application and management of quality control processes - such as APQP, Control Plans, Corrective actions, Root Cause analysis, Quality Documents, etc., in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience with the management of salary and hourly union production / quality employees
  • Experience with Lean tools and the Kaizen process
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of products
  • Exhibiting a willingness to do things differently and consistently translating ideas into actions that deliver results and Have a commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment


Work Schedule & Pay
  • Schedule: Full-time, On-site, Warehouse
  • Hours: M-F, Business Hours. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demand
  • Compensation Range: $90,000 - 120,000 annually

This range reflects our current expectations as of this posting's date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical locations, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
