Key Tasks:- Quality Assurance (QA):
- The Contractor shall support producing and delivering a Quality Assurance Plan describing the quality assurance processes, procedures, standards, and controls that will be applied to software developed or modified by other Contractors. The QAP shall include defined product and process acceptability criteria and the methods used to measure, evaluate, and determine compliance with those criteria. The QAP shall:
- Include processes and procedures for assuring those modifications to existing software, whether fixes to trouble reports or minor functional enhancements, are evaluated to assure the changes do not cause other problems when implemented.
- Describe in detail the QA interface between the Contractor and other ODNI Contractors supporting the program from whom any deliverable product is received or to whom any delivered product is provided.
- Include QA processes applied to any deliverable documentation
- Include the metrics to be used to track the results of the application of QA processes and how to interpret the results of the metrics. Metrics shall include status metrics and predictive metrics.
- Include processes and procedures that follow the provisions of the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Level III, or similar methodologies prior to ODNI by its implementation
Required Education / Certifications:• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 128,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
