Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 18+ years in Quality Engineering, test automation, test transformation, or technology delivery, including technical leadership of enterprise QA programs preferably in Insurance & financial services
• Deep expertise in Quality engineering strategy, functional and regression testing, test automation, data and ETL testing and QE transformation.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner, GitHub, Jenkins, DevOps, Rally, and test-management platforms.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to test design, test-data generation, script creation and maintenance, defect analysis, risk-based testing, intelligent regression, and quality insights.
• Strong pre-sales background, solution design, estimation, proposal defense, presentations, and pursuit-to-delivery execution.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, shift-left/right, service virtualization, performance, security, accessibility, observability, and production-quality validation.
• Ability to define measurable outcomes using automation coverage, defect leakage, release predictability, cycle time, test effectiveness, productivity, reliability, and business-risk indicators.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Insurance or Financial Services experience is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Core QE expertise to drive end-to-end new business growth and delivery of QE programs.
• Partner and build relationships with client technology leaders, lead strategic pursuits by shaping differentiated solutions, developing estimates and proposals, and presenting solution to customer leaders.
• Drive PoCs/MVPs that demonstrate the value of automation, AI-enabled testing, intelligent tools, and engineering accelerators, and convert validated concepts into scalable programs.
• Drive automation-first and risk-based quality strategies across functional and non-functional testing
• Establish quality gates, dashboards, and KPI reviews; use data to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve quality, speed, predictability, and cost efficiency.
• Influence QE customer team for automation frameworks, test platforms, tools, environments, test data, service virtualization, reporting, and CI/CD integration.
• Influence client decisions through technical credibility, executive communication, business-value articulation, reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry solutions.
• Build and mentor QE test leads, automation engineers, and AI-enabled testing specialists.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000 a year
