Summary:A Quality Engineer is a crucial member of a manufacturing team responsible for ensuring products meet industry standards, meet customer expectations, and legal requirements. They work towards optimizing the quality of production processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Their responsibilities include designing and implementing quality control systems, developing and conducting tests, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions when needed. The Quality Engineer will also conduct audits of manufacturing processes and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensures that products meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products
- Identifies and resolves quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes
- Educates and trains employees in quality standards and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans
- Maintains quality documentation and records
- Monitors and audits supplier quality
- Continuously improves quality systems and processes.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Manufacturing)
- Experience 3-5 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to perform daily job tasks.
- Knowledge and / or Certified in J-STD-001 and IPC -610
- Worked with Suppliers

Pay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00
