Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with lean, six sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel, for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant and corporate quality teams on quality management projects and new product launches.
• Conduct risk assessments for new product introductions.
• Design and implement new quality processes.
• Perform statistical assessments of process capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze customer complaint data to identify trends and drive collaborative improvements.
• Engage brand and R&D teams to enhance poorly performing products based on analysis.
• Support the management of quality incidents through data analysis and root cause methodologies.
