Role Overview

The Quality Engineer role will monitor and improve the quality of Beehive Industries operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class AM team in a company that offers stability and growth.

What You'll Do...

  • Developing and implementing quality standards on engine propulsion systems
  • Developing and implementing quality control systems in an R&D/Production environment
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met using statistical analysis, process capability
  • Collaborating with technicians, operations managers, and engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Creating CoC's, reviewing, and releasing products to defined requirements
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes

You have...

  • A Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, industrial or other relevant engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • General GD&T knowledge and experience reading and working with drawings, or blueprints
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role
  • Experience creating Quality control plans, performing measurement system analysis and using data to drive process and continuous improvement
  • Experience with using QA software tools and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
