Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Electrical Engineer with demonstrable success and a minimum of five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate has a strong enthusiasm for aerospace engineering and excels in a cooperative, multidisciplinary setting. You should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering (a Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred) and have background in power distribution systems, avionics interfaces, drone avionics, control electronics, and wire harnesses.

  • Compose, develop, test, and support electrical and electronic systems used in UAVs and other aerospace platforms. You will:
  • Build and analyze electrical systems for aerospace applications
  • Build schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and system architectures
  • Build and verify power distribution systems and avionics interfaces
  • Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and testing
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers
  • Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with aerospace standards
  • Participate in build reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you will bring to the Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in power distribution systems, avionics interfaces, drone avionics, control electronics, and wire harnesses.
  • Extensive technical skills, careful attention to detail, and direct building experience.
  • Competence in using oscilloscope and soldering is necessary.
  • Experience in Altium and Solidworks preferred
  • RF experience preferred
  • IPC 620 certified preferred; knowledgeable is a plus
  • Team building and collaboration; work across all fields to solve complex engineering problems
  • Comfortable working on Military/DoD projects
Salary Range

The base salary range for this position is $116,000 to $175,000 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
