Full Job Description
Siemens Fort Worth, TX is looking for a qualified Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our manufacturing processes, products, and systems. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure adherence to product specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to integrate quality control measures into the manufacturing process.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform risk assessments on manufacturing processes and work towards mitigating potential quality issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 plus years' experience working in a Manufacturing environment with exposure to quality
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices and lean activities.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, root cause analysis and quality management tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE)
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
  • Knowledge of the IMS standard (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and Internal auditor certification
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, etc.
  • Knowledge of measurement and testing equipment.
  • UL 891 Familiarity

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
