In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Associate, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Support prototype testing under guidance, contributing to iterative improvements
• Assist in creation of testing procedures under guidance and based on subsequent iterations
Your contribution to the team:• Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts, tools and processes
• Ability to assist in prototyping and testing
• A collaborative mindset with effective communication skills
• Dedication to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Required Skill and Experience Quality Engineer; Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skill and Experience Understanding of different stakeholder perspectives while analyzing issues
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
