Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze CAPA metrics for management reviews.
  • Identify data trends and communicate findings across the organization.
  • Support decision-making for quality systems including CAPA processes.
  • Assist stakeholders in developing and maintaining QA procedures and systems.
  • Maintain databases and records for quality assurance systems.
  • Process QA requests efficiently and ensure quality goals are met.
  • Participate in QA meetings and support team training initiatives.

Full Job Description
Summary:

Generate all CAPA Metrics for SH Division (Site and Business Unit level) for inclusion in Management Review and ownership of CAPAs

Project Details:
  • Analysis of all CAPA Metrics, and providing these results to appropriate Management Review contacts
  • Ability to identify trends in data, and communicate the issue through various levels of the organization
  • Support decision making and oversight of the quality systems, including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems
  • Support key stakeholders with developing and maintaining QA procedures, forms, and systems
  • Maintain databases and record storage for QA systems
  • Process QA requests, ensuring owners are assigned, and timely responses are provided in alignment with quality goals
  • Participate in meetings and communications for QA system information, concerns, and updates
  • Seek out information with direction and able support other members of the organization on QA practices
  • Support SH CAPA team with training, CAPA oversight, and CAPA deliverables
  • Support presentation of CAPA System to internal and external auditors
