Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
• Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience; coursework in problem-solving techniques preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ISO 9001 and/or 13485 experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of GD&T and experience with Solidworks.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiment (D.O.E.).
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and correct deviations from quality standards in production.
• Align quality objectives with company goals and customer expectations.
• Drive management goals for delivery, inventory, and cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate ERP system data and provide sales forecasting.
• Set quality standards and lead the QA team to achieve them.
• Identify potential quality issues and ensure efficient product manufacturability.
• Inspect products to verify they meet required specifications.
