The role contributes to product quality, process reliability, and operational consistency by analyzing data, resolving quality issues, supporting audits, and collaborating cross-functionally to uphold quality expectations across the production lifecycle.

Salary Information: $83,000 - 111,800 annually

Your Challenge: - Assist Lead Quality Engineer and Director of Quality on the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordinate, resolve, and review Corrective Action Reports, including root cause analysis
- Disposition of non-conforming material
- Resolve customer issues related to quality
- Process and Product Monitoring
- Monitor supplier performance
- Perform annual evaluations of suppliers
- Train/mentor associates on quality awareness
- Prepare and Review product certification documentation packages
- Review customer contracts/specifications, design documents, purchase orders, and other documents to ensure that customer and regulatory requirements are met
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Support incoming audits, such as customer, regulatory, and registrar audits
- Conduct supplier audits, surveys, and source inspections
- Up to 25% travel (domestic and international)
- Other related duties as required
What you Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other Technical Field with at least four (4) years Quality experience in regulated industries such as Nuclear, Aerospace, or Medical (equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered).
- Experience with Quality industry standards (ISO9001:2015, AS9100D, ISO/IEC 17025, NQA-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B, ISO 19443, ASME Section III, ISO 80079-34, etc.)
- Able to plan, control, and assure product and process quality in accordance with quality principles, which include planning processes, material control, acceptance sampling, and measurement systems
- Experience with investigating quality issues in a methodical manner ultimately resulting in a report that identifies containment, root cause, and corrective and preventative actions
- Have basic knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and risk management, including key terms and definitions, modeling, systems design, assessment tools, and reporting
- Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills for reporting and briefing Customers and Senior Leadership
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical requirements may include lifting to 50 pounds.
- Ability to access manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Ability to sit, stand, and use computer systems for extended periods.
