Full Job Description
Quality Engineer VIVA USA INC has openings for the position Quality Engineer with Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology or related field to develop and maintain Design Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs) to proactively identify and mitigate design risks, create and update Product Inspection Plans to improve product quality and reinforce process controls, execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements, develop and test machine prototypes before production, perform process capability assessments and statistical analyses to support continuous process optimization and Plan and conduct internal audits to verify compliance with ISO standards and quality regulations. Notes: Required to travel and work from various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.
