Location of position: Allen, DFW area. (this position is 100% remote, but open to scheduling candidates on hybrid structure).
Job Duties
As our Quality Director, you will successfully create, drive, and maintain regional Quality strategy to support business objectives and continuous improvement. You are responsible for fostering a full-chain, full-lifecycle quality culture through competence development, effective communication, and the sharing of best practices across the organization. Lastly, you will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of processes, systems, and performance metrics that measure, analyze, and improve quality outcomes.
You will bring 8+ years of progressive and successful work experience in sourcing, supply chain management, quality improvement or engineering roles to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your Technical or Business (BS / BA) degree from an accredited college or university.
Other Listed Duties- Develop and execute regional quality strategies, objectives, and improvement plans aligned with business goals.
- Analyze customer feedback, operational trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead quality reviews, corrective action initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to improve operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to strengthen quality processes, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach quality teams and influence stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices and sustainable performance improvements.
Other Hiring requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years directly/indirectly leading people.
- Six Sigma qualification is preferred (Six Sigma Champion, Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Proven success managing quality projects and programs
- At least 8+ years' progressive experience in business and quality improvement

Annual Base Pay Range:This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any location within the area of the role's scope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $167,400 - $219,765. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
We will also consider candidates in:
- Dallas, TX area hiring range: $179,200 -- $235,200.
- Redmond, WA area hiring range: $192,600 - $252,735.
Variable CompensationKONE Annual Bonus plan at 20% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
