Job Purpose

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This position provides leadership and direction to quality CPC team members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports problem-solving and corrective actions, and deploys resources to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while maintaining an effective Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration & application of the CNH NA dealer claim policy
• Lead cross functional team focused on claim management and customer service to achieve key metrics
• Assign claims for processing and next level approvals within the organization
• Facilitate issue resolution with customers, internal departments, and other regions
• Develop policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products and operations.
• Recommend new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards including and not limited to reporting, new claim processes, and dealer training.
• Supports related systems (i.e. CSPS, Click, call center systems) along with testing of new functionality
• Controls and monitors operational and team expenses.
• Sets team priorities and ensures completion of work to meet business objectives.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

A Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience or High school diploma with 14 years of relevant discipline

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with developing, reporting, and utilizing excel, Power BI, or similar applications

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $74,625.00 - $99,500.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
